Why We Have Membership?

All people who come and play at Play Central are required to enter under a valid membership. This is to ensure that all guests have agreed to the Conditions of Entry, and so that we can ensure the safety of all guests.

Membership does not cost anything, although you can purchase an Annual Pass if you wish.

Membership will enable us to ensure that no child is left at the centre unsupervised by an adult, and that no adult gains access to the play centre unless they are accompanying children. Our Conditions of Entry can be found here.

Sign in to manage your membership here.

You can add guests to your membership at any time. This may require you to re-sign the waiver. Any adult added to the waiver will be asked to sign the waiver before they enter Play Central.

Rules of Play

We have a few simple rules that are easy to follow.

  • We know parents have eyes in the back of their heads, but we have a big facility and recognise that it is impossible to keep track of a lot of kids. Unless arranged prior, the maximum number of children on adult/guardian may supervise is 4 children.

  • We expect all guests to respect others whilst at Play Central. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We encourage everyone to use the equipment, including adults. Be mindful of people younger and smaller than yourself.

  • Shoes or bare feet are not permitted on the attractions.

  • No food or drink is allowed on the attractions

  • For the safety of all guests, attractions must be used properly at all times. This means:

    1. No running up the slides.

    2. No deliberately crashing dodgem cars into each other.

    3. Remaining seated on the Cup and Saucer ride unless instructed by attendant.

  • If there is a queue to use any ride or attraction, please wait your turn and don’t push in.

  • All patrons are to obey the instructions of Play Central staff.

Following the Rules

We have  a 3-Strike policy for children misbehaving:

  1. If our staff sees someone misbehaving they will speak to them.

  2. If that child continues to misbehave, the child will be taken to their parent/guardian who will be advised that the child continues to misbehave.

  3. If the child continues to misbehave, the child and the parent/guardian (and any other children who would be unaccompanied if the adult left) will be asked to leave.

Adults should set an example for the kids, so if they ignore the rules after being warned they will be asked to leave Play Central.
